Having succeeded in some of Sydney’s most iconic residential developments including Loftus Lane by AMP Capital, BLUE by Aqualand, Darling Square by Lendlease, Oscar then transitioned into client side where he has successfully launched the sales & marketing campaigns for a number of projects ranging from small boutique residential developments to large scale master-planned communities. In his career to date, he still holds the apartment sales price record in Alexandria as well as the vacant land lot price record in Norwest.
Oscar’s in-depth knowledge would assist developers from the get-go including site acquisition, product mix analysis, sales & marketing strategy, buyer management and settlement risk management.

Rikki brings a wealth of experience in commercial and development site sales to Trio. Having held numerous key positions in property advisory firm, commercial agency and institutional developer, her expertise will allow investors and residential developers to identify the best investment and development opportunities both on market and off market.
With a background of town planning and property development, she understands the risks and benefits involved in the transactions and is capable of advising the best deal structure that benefits both buyers and vendors.
Rikki’s track record includes advisory on One Sydney Park Alexandria site transaction c. $150M, Channel 9 Willoughby site, Oxford Central Epping site and Carter Street Sydney Olympic Park c. 3,000 apartments. Rikki is also a NSW registered valuer.
